I graduated from Lexington High School.....Lexington has always had a proud tradition and always will (I still know the almamater...do you?). I've lived in Jackson now for a little over 20 years and I wish there was that kind of spirit here in the school system. I really miss it.....but there is a difference in small town, one high school, and several high schools. Adversity should always make people better...."Big Red" don't spend too much time looking back......learn from it, correct it, and move on. The real shame will be when you fail to learn from it, and let the actions of one keep you from pulling together. The only thing you should look back on is the glory days......and look ahead to the glory to come.

The tough one will be next Friday night......Lexington at Liberty.....SENIOR NIGHT!!!! There will be plenty of emotions running around......I have a senior cheerleader....I'll be cryin'.

I know what you mean about not seeing it coming....the only way I can get one of them is video. It happens so fast. Yeah....he took off on that kid. I've got a video of a dunk at the Fed X Forum....during the Mitchell game you should see.....and a couple in Lexington that drew a couple of fouls. He's smooth.

EXACTLY!!!!! If Jewon, Antwan, and Josh got to play the same amount as these other guys that have been mentioned....they would lead in every catagory out there. It's the epitomy of team effort. I think "The Starting Five" should get Mr. Basketball because of the way they play as a unit......Yep!!! there's my vote for Mr. Basketball...."The Starting Five", Sain, J. Long, A. Long, Jones, Sampson. (nebuntyn will like this one....lol ) Seriously....these guys do play as one. When their on, their on together....when their off, their off together. I don't see anybody putting up the numbers these guys are capable of. If you've got anything any better.....trot it out.
