  1. Who did SM scrimmage in preseason? What was the outcome? Are they still running the same offense? There dosen't seem to be anything said about them this year.
  2. East Ham has Walker Valley and Knox West Saturday and then Rhea County Tuesday
  3. Evan had a great series but he was not 13-14.
  4. I assure you that Evan and the entire Team Tennessee saw plenty of good pitching at the Sunbelt Classic. Almost every team threw their best against Team Tennessee. Evan and the entire Team Tennessee will do very well at the next level and were an exciting group to watch.
  5. Team Tennessee win title with a 5-0 victory over Mississippi.
  6. Team Tennessee will play fo the Sunbelt Classic championship tonight at 7:00 in McAlester, OK. after posting a 9-1 record in pool play. They will face an undefeated Mississippi team. East Hamilton Split with McMinn
  8. Don't know what game you were at in 2005 but nobody on the Owls side left and Oak Ridge Brought More than 500 They drove it to the 20 at the end and had a incomplete pass on 4th down Lots of college players on the field that night
  9. Best and most exciting game ever played at the Owls nest: 2005 Owls- 42 Cats-37 OR was ranked #1 in the state. Halftime score was something like 27-7 and OR ran back the second half KO to make it 34-7. They shouldn't have done that!
  10. Hopefully most of the starters who missed last week will be on the field. 80% of the points scored this year missed all or most of the game last week. Should have still won but that's why they play the game!
  11. Looks like the passing game won't be a factor with either team. Don't know much about the LA D but with the rain whoever can control the line of scrimmage can win this one. Of course turnovers with be a major factor to. EH has 75% of their receiving yardage not playing in this game. Two major starters on D out and 99% of special team yardage out. Lots of new player will need to step up for the Canes.
  12. East Hammy has 4 starters out is key positions but as I remember the football is not round and has a tendency to bounce in funny directions. That's why they play the game on the field and not on websites. Maybe EH can get some of those bounces and make a good game of it.
  13. Check out some of the video on unapproved website and it seems that their QB and recievers have the ability to throw the ball around the field. EH has not seen a team this year that had that ability. Our preseason pass defense left alot of room for improvement. I believe EH will need to put up alot of points in this game to win. It is hard to gauge our new region by the teams they have played since we do not see any of them in this area. Could be a fun game to watch!!!
  14. Pretty sure the Maryville-East Hammy is at 4:30 That's when EH is planning on playing
  15. 4 way scrimmage not including Central. EH plays Central so they would not be in the same scrimmage.
  16. Hard to move 20 miles from Brainerd to Hixson!
  17. Where can ou find the TBCA showcase rosters that is being played at MTSU today and tomorow?
  18. EH beat Central next day 3-1- leditimately Central was a very solid team. How did they end up in their district?
  19. Hunter will be 3 or 4 probably. Woods, Watters, Fahler, Smith, Aslinger 2-5 order will have to wait and see.
  20. I don't think East Hamiliton will sneak in there at the end. I think they will lead the pack from the get go! Lot's of quality pitching
  21. Just found in the Chatt FP that 105.1 (ESPN Radio) will have the game.
  22. Any radio broadcast from Rhea County so I can stay warm!
  23. Including Rhea Cty EH opponents combined record is 53-21
  24. My opinion was based on what I saw in the EH game. Maybe he is all world and will put 50 on ooltewah. Just said I don't see that happening.
  25. My opinion was based on what I saw in EH game. One of those teams you referred to in the last two games has given up 160 points in their last 3. If he can throw the vertical pass against the Owls that can be the difference in the game. EH QB, the backup (same one that played against DB) cannot make that pass and all 11 Owls lined up close to line of scrimmage. EH was missing 3 key starters against DB (QB and 2 senior starting LB's) and that did make a hugh difference in the score. EH gave the Owls just about all their points last Friday with 7 turnovers including 2 pick 6's. Owls are a side to side pasing team and try to utilize their speed and athletic ability. Your DB's tackle well on the short stuff and you can control them. Would like to see it but too long a journey. I assume it will be broadcast on the net? Good luck and we will see how it plays out.
