Anyone know the outcome of the game?

Forrest 57 Santa Fe 47 Congratulation to the Forrest Lady Rockets. It was a fourth quarter come from behind win. What a great last three years for the Lady Rockets. Good luck in the Boro.

Seeing Forrest, Eagleville and CA play this year I will make my prediction on the game. Forrest and Eagleville played very close games this year but come Tourney time Eagleville stepped into another gear. They are playing better then I have seen them play in my opinion the last two years. They are fast and athletic and have the size at post. CA also a fast and athletic team with size but I feel Eagleville is the better team. The difference in the game between Forrest and CA was missed foul shots and missed easy shots under the goal. My prediction: Eagleville 70 CA 58 I haven't see NCS play at all only VB. VB is a patient team that doesn't seem to get rattled when it isn't going their way. They keep playing their game. They also show a lot of sportsmanship. They have two great players in Baker and Smith. Of course being from 9A, I am picking VB. Good Luck Eagles.

Thanks and good luck to you, I know how those county rivalrys go. We have MTCS Friday, Community again on Monday, which is a make-up game, and Boyd on Tuesday to end our regular season. Hopefully we play like we did last night and take those three games, but nothing is a given.

No one was in real foul trouble until late in the game, in fact it was Forrest that was in the double bonus before half time. Community did not take many outside shots most of the scoring came from inside. Forrests defense and the ability to control the boards seemed to be the biggest difference. Most of Forrests points came from inside as well. We play them again Monday, could be a different ball game then but I hope not. Forrest is struggling, however do not count them out. At Cascade the game was either a tie or very close at half time. About a minute or two into the third quarter Coach Mac pulled the entire starting squad and went with his 3rd and 4th team for the rest of the game. Who knows what will happen but it is sure to be exciting. Its all right fresh, it hasn't changed any, no one has ever thought Forrest has had any talent. But WE DO!

I know the rest of the team is going to grateful that others are finally seeing them as the team that they are. Great job shooting last night by Chase and Nick as well. Brian Whitley showing alot of muscle and hustle.

Awesome game last night. All five starters contributed to the score. Gentry finally starting to take some shots and Beaulieu getting them to drop. Schnapp had an awesome game inside and out. Corey still had a great night even knocking down the three a couple of times. Great team ball guys. That is how you get to the boro.

Forrest did not look as sharp as expected last night. No excuses, but a three hour trip on a school night was a little much. I think Forrest will still be on top in their district. The outside shooting seems to have improved and the coach seemed comfortable going pretty deep on the bench. I am looking forward to a great year of basketball.

I don't think so. They lost three of their last five games. In fact I believe three of the four region games put a good scare in 12A. You just thought you would roll right over us. You didn't sweep us under the rug. Good Luck tonight Rockets. Play your hearts out.

Excuse me but how do you think #54 has the stats he does without the rest of the TEAM. Someone has to be getting the ball to him. I like Corey and like to watch him play and really do think he has the potential to be at the top. I just don't like it when someone tries to emphasize one player in a TEAM sport. It has certainly hurt our TEAM in the past when we had a player that didn't think it was a TEAM sport. Who would you say is the best on the Lady Rockets TEAM? They are in the same position. I can tell you.. There is no best. They have got there by playing as a TEAM. That is all I have to say. Once again, Good Luck Rockets. thumb
