How has the district shaped out?

Huntingdon did not play a typical game. Huntingdon has a great team and I see them going a long way this season. Good luck the rest of the way!

It was early in the year. USJ threw thier No. 5 or 6 pitcher. I don't know who Houston threw. USJ played about 6 Freshmen or Sophmores. Was USJ that much better? All I know is USJ has beaten alot of AAA schools. I think they are a pretty solid club.

Where is district? When does it start? Has the schedule been made? Sounds like an exciting district tournament. Good luck Liberty!

If that was the worst then you have been very lucky for the the umps that you have had. The umpire's strike zone was the same both ways. Matter of fact the umpire tonights zone was too high and the field umpire blew a call in the first inning that wasn't even his call. The home plate umpire had position at 3rd and the field umpire called the guy out from across the field. That is Baseballthere are always going to be controversial calls. Do you think that USJ or any high school gets to pick their umpires? They are assigned by the association.

I hope Zach is ok. I watched him this fall and was very impressed with him. He would be a big loss for Ripley. I listened to the game on the radio and they did a fantastic job. I hope to get to listen to them some more this season.

I am going out on a limb but I say Covington over Haywood. The USJ vs Ripley ought to be a good matchup. Ripley just won the Easter Slam this past weekend.

No doubt Bartlett. I think they walk to the State Tournament.

Usj will certainly miss starting Seniors Will Glenn and Josh Liles but the future looks bright with the young talent that they have.

I see Bartlett walking to the State Tournament. They are a very fine team.
