Farragut 41 West 24 Karns 34 Lenoir City 13 Central 14 Cookeille 18 I find it interesting to note that all 3 teams choked at home. Granted, all 3 teams were playing 5A schools, but these were 5A schools that all 3 were capable of beating. This just leads me to believe that this will be another year that Maryville will run-away with the region. (Not that it was ever in question that they would.) Any thoughts?

The problem with Lenoir City is that they run the same offensive formation 95% of the time. Which would be fine if it worked, but it dosen't. I'd like to see some mix-up of the playbook tomorow night if nothing else. I don't want to stand out there again, freezing my azz off just to see Zack in the freaking shotgun with split backs handing off to one or the other, or faking to both & trying to scramble after the O-line has already broken down and getting taken down in the backfield for a loss every fu*king play. Thats this frustrated fan's rant about the Lenoir City Panthers offensive strategy. That said, go Panthers!!!

I'll be at Halls @ Lenoir City but the game I really want to see is Catholic vs. Fulton.

I was very impressed with Clinton's offense, passing & running. If the D can be worked on Clinton will be a force to reckon with in 3-4A. Congrats beating my Pathers friday & good luck agaings West, Central & Powell. I think you have what it takes to beat Powell, they have not impressed me at all this year. Just watch for their 2 huge linemen. Congrats again & I look forward to more outstanding games with the Dragons in years to come.

Wow, I've never seen fans of the same school tear each other apart like you Halls fans do. I hope for your team's sake that this civil bashing stays off the field. Go Panthers!!

This will be a good chance for Lenoir City to play a lot of their second string & get them some real game experience before they are starters next year. Zack, Lincoln, Kevin H. among other starters will be gone next year. Coty E. has plenty of game time he will be back next year, Cody H. is looking like he'll be decent at WR/CB. Ben will be the starting QB next year and he has had very little game time to this point. Point is, our chances of post-season play vanished with the loss to West. Its time to get next years team some experience. This very well could be the pillow fight of the week. I'll save my prediction for closer to friday. Joseph

Five Lenoir City Football Players Suspended After Bringing Air Gun to School

Well, according to local news we wont have any of the 5 suspended players back for the Clinton game. Joseph

Funny thing is.... Lenoir City had one of their best games last week against West right after a number of starters got suspended from the team to include key offensive & defensive players. It really is very confusing to me. I think LC will win IF Cusick has a decent passing game & IF the D plays above average. One way or another. I will be there dressed in my Panther Orange & Black which will most likely be covered up by a thick coat, lol. Good luck to both teams... Go Panthers! Slightly off subject, I think coach White is a really good coach, too many people are giving him too much sh*t, yes, the record is terrible, it deffinetly dose not reflect the skill & talent that these boys play with. There have been huge hurddles that coach White & his Panthers have had to jump through this year, yet they continue to improve week after week.
