Yea this game is along time away and this topic needs to stop being about HHS vs GHS and start being about this weeks region matchups. That game is along way away and im sure both teams will prepare greatly for the matchup. Station Camp is a good team(undefeated). They would probably beat Gallatin and if you remeber correctly they won on a last second FG. There is never and obvious pick in a rivalry game. Plus as we all know that when rivalry games come around you can throw all stats out of the window because unknowns step up and all bets are off. Good luck to all region teams this week and hopefully Hendersonville can come out with a W vs. Glencliff at home.

What happened with Mt juliet and Lebanon? Yea im pretty sure you guys werent in either game. The only game that you guys dominated was glencliff, and glencliff is having a ruff time but are trying to bounce back. Also when you said they were winning the huge games , if you think beating hillwood and glencliff is huge then i guess just playing hendersonville is the superbowl.

Hillwood Players were talking trash in pregame and i think that it fired up the commandos last night. 28-0 at the end of the first quarter, and 49-14 at half.. i dont believe your defense ever stepped up.

How could Hendersonville (1-3) be coming into this game with a big head? Its not like they are dominating everyone

Roper played tonight but very limited. And Hendersonvilles conditioning is what makes them a solid 4th quarter team. Watson was stopped at the 3 inch line... Commandos are waiting to long to get points up and there defensive secondary is poor.

Roper will return by the time The Commandos play Glencliff. I believe he hurt it agains Station Camp and then fractured/contusion vs. Beech and still played. I believe the reason for the Commandos won is because they stopped playing me me me and started playing more Team ball. And as far as the O line coach leaving. It wont happen.period Good luck commandos Its good to know you can get the win without roper and all that conditioning is paying off! (I believe that #25 Gambino should be okay but i havent heard a reliable source yet)

So with this being Beech's season opener and Hendersonville coming off a last second loss, Who wins? Its at Hendersonville this year. I personally think that Hendersonville has to and WILL bounce back. That or its gonna be a long season for the Commandos. Opinions?

Hendersonville shot them selves in the foot all night. Everyone needs to get whining about the clock. Hendersonville nor station Camp could control that. You have to control the things you can control. Hendersonville played poorly all night and it cost them. Its in the past. Quit crying. Good luck to the commandos next week when Beech comes to town. I hope to see a different team next week.

Well they both were former players of Gallatin(last years team) and another one was new to the team. I guess next time I will call up Coach Lassiter and get my information straight from the horses mouth.

I talked to a couple boys down at the gas station and they confirmed that this rumor is true, that the 2 kids have quit and then came back several times. And that they are still off the team to focus on baseball.

Im sorry but lassiter is not a good coach. He is the reason for Gallatin lossing in the playoffs. And the Commandos traveled to Wilson central in the spring,with no qb, and backup linebackers, and got beat. Today was the annual hendersonville vs. tullahoma scrimmage where hendersonville won by 2 scores and a FG but Tullahoma scored 2 times on backup defense.

Who cares he got a full ride to play baseball at Vandy I would take that anyday.

Hendersonville spring practice wasnt as good because of a) no QBs due to baseball B.) Couple injuries(only one major) Also from watching i noticed that they played a lot of different players and rotated a lot of players for reps to see who could play where. I was watching their practices and noticed that they were conditioning more than i have ever seen a team do. Good luck to the commandos. Hope the offseason goes well.
