how bout metro schools learn discipline? Just throwing it out there you always here about people complaining about violence and other bad behavior in schools yet you reward a player that assualted a teacher with a 5th year of eligibilty. If you want it to get better they need to make punishments much more harsh.

We have to remember this is football not study club. You do what it takes to win. I agree off the field decisions effect your success, but the best players should be on the field. As much as we all get wrapped up in football all players are students first. If you can't show up and behave in the classroom you have no business playing football. If you think football has saved him from that life what happends to him after the season? Espically coaches and adults remember you go to highschool to learn and better yourself before you play football. It is also not a right to play an afterschool sport.

well i mean i want it to be fair as much as the next guy, but this is one of the most ludacris loopholes i have ever heard in my life. I have heard (not a fact) that they found in missing over 40 days of school which made that year didnt count as a year of eligibilty. I congradulate the TSSAA on rewarding kids from not going to school and having poor attendence. still waiting for hendersonville's defense to man up, but if it clicks watch out they could make some noise in the playoffs. Hendersonville 35-30. Also I was trying to figure it out how hendersonville could not make the playoffs right now. The only way i can concieve is if they loose out Gallatin and Overton both win out if there is something I am overlooking tell me.

i wouldnt say any teams are awful. It may look that way because this region is a total toss up but there is alot of talent in this region. I believe Antioch, HL, and HHS will make some noise in the play offs. Even Hillwood has greatly improved from previous years

Well if hhs defense as whole picks it up it will be a victory for Bruce and his boys. It is hard to beat a team thats put up 105 points in two games against 2 5A schools.

yes it does matter the division hendersonville has pride on the line here. i also dont understand why everyone is picking station camp . like someone else quoted a good 5a team beats a good 3a team. Hville takes it by 14 ATLEAST.

you cant say a team played bad just because their opponent shut them down offensively. Gallatin and Hendersonvilles work ethic are both very similar, because of the past of the coaches of these schools. and when this game comes around you can throw all the prior statics to the chickens.

hendersonville has a great shot with their power house offense and stonewall defense. i think they are the team to beat.

i saw blackman when they scrimmaged pope. they have great size but still wasnt too impressed. i think they won by a touchdown. what is their qbs name? and i wish best luck to the blaze

i dont see why everyone is saying the commandos will be down. they have some defensive spots to fill but all their offensive fire power is still there. i mad it out to their portland scrimmage and they looked pretty sharp. They are the best conditioned team i have seen play far.

this game has alot riding on it the pressure is on hhs and now is even increased being the css game of the week. so give me predicitons thought news or anything on these 2 teams and their match up. i have heard that 3 starters were suspended for SCHS for the first 3 games.

the webb game is at webb. i think you are getting it mixed up with the playoff game last year. PJP 2 has never beat WEBB in knoxville so pop has their work cut out. Hard schedule for the Knights. I cant wait for Hendersonville to play Station Camp in week 0. They havent faced in 3 years and Station Camp has grown alot since then. I am hoping this to turn into another great cross town rivalry.

I looked into this and only 1 kid on HHS is injuried and most likely out for the season. He was a key player on defense. Even though the Commandos didnt play to well against Wilson Central, I saw some talent at their anual black and gold game and i know Coach Hat will have them working hard all summer i can't wait till Week 1.
