Yeah he doesn’t have a lot of help. For his sake, I hope that doesn’t hurt his recruitment at the next level. I’m afraid his film isn’t going to be very good. I hate to say it but he probably should have gone to one of the private schools that were recruiting him.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen JB play this year...no scrimmages and I missed last week’s game. Based on what I was told, we beat a bad 3A team in Harpeth but we controlled the game and won by 14 despite making a lot of mistakes. We should be better than last year if we can stay healthy. With that said, it won’t be enough to compete with the big dogs.

The game has been moved to Thursday at 7PM.

Can’t blame them for trying. So that means we gained 5 yards! Progress!

I’ve talked bad about JB all year but I do appreciate the kids who do play. There are plenty that don’t! There are a bunch of good kids on this team but unfortunately they don’t make a very good football team. We all know the outcome of this game won’t be pretty for JB but again I appreciate their efforts and commitment! Good luck to SP the rest of the way! Y’all have something really special and unique down there!

I'm not joking. After reading this website you made I think I'm going to study how to orchestrate a team so that Adkins man has better players to coach. I'm going to see if I can coordinate some meetings with with some Springfield and Clarksville players and their parents. If you have any pointers on how to do this let me know.

Nobody has really stood out this year. I thought our TB #22 would be our best player but for the second year in a row he has been injured. I don’t know if he’s playing or not.

Roy I can’t bring myself to make that long drive to the racetrack when we’re running on half a cylinder.

Cooper Richards (SR QB) decided not to play football this year. We have a sophomore QB who is learning the ropes this year. This JB team is the worst team I have ever seen at JB and their record proves it. If it’s not the worst then they are tied for the worst. This is Coach Adkins worst team as a high school coach. Technically he had a 1-9 team in ‘98 but that record is due to forfeiting some games. It’s really a shame considering we have nearly 350 kids in the school but maybe my expectations are too high? The struggles of 1A ball I guess. Anyway, this game will be over in about 2 minutes. 2-8 teams shouldn’t be in the playoffs.

Neither team is good but Gordonsville should win. JB might keep it close if our starting QB is back. It has been a rough year for JB...

Yeah I noticed Monterey has played a really easy schedule but it's not like any of the games have been close. I just don't see this game being close at all. I'd say Monterey by at least 21.

Monterey by a lot. Worst JB team in probably 20 years.

I believe it was 21-0 Westmoreland with the 1's vs. 1's.

The main reason is that Westmoreland is better up front. CC is pretty small up front. I think their QB is the biggest kid on the team. I think Westmoreland will be too physical for CC.

JB played them close because it was pretty evenly matched. No starters were out for CC that I’m aware of. We had a couple out. We had our chances... I’ve seen both teams and Westmoreland is the better team.

Clay Co. was small but pretty quick. Their QB is a big ol' boy! They looked alright but I don't see them beating Gordonsville or Monterey.

We're young in a lot of places. We lost to a not so good 3A team last week (Harpeth). I expect Huntland's RB to gash JB all night and Huntland to win.

I’m pretty sure he’s staying at ER. I was told the private schools were on to him several years ago and he could have already gone but chose to stay. I was surprised he stayed. These private schools have eyes and ears everywhere lol.
