Its time for the shoot out in Lynchburg all of our Memphis teams will represent. Guess what Memphis is really the only one there. Should have just decided the state here in our backyard. Good luck to all the Memphis teams.

If everyone could play 16 year olds in the 14 and under division, then just maybe other teams would have a chance! :lol:

Don't sleep on the Reebok Southeast Elite Tigers. They almost upset the 15 year old Memphis Celtics this weekend in the 15U sub-state, and the Celtics are pretty loaded.

The 14U state is indeed in Lynchburg this weekend. I haven't seen the schedule.

Well hate to say I told you so but the Memphis teams did represent. War Eagles dominated. As we say in the big M anything East of Memphis is just football.

 

Heard the War Eagles did not have any challanges and they dominated. Killing teams by 50 and 60.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
