I understand emitriccossti, but people are making our fans out to be worse than they really are. It all happened after that Mcminn parent wrote a letter in the Chattanooga Times Free Press, which was mostly wrong.

And Jeremy you are right, Coulter is a marked man now he can do know good in most ref's opinions.

coulter came flying in with his cleat up he had was not trying to swing for the ball and get it he got every bit of the guys leg... but soddy was the better team and got their win. the soddy fans were annoying the first half by singling players out by their numbers but by the second half all of it stopped im guessing an school rep was there and put an end to it.

good luck against mcminn youll have your hands full

How can you say that? The ball was right there and Coulter went for it. By this time he had cooled down and was not going for the player.

Im not sure if your saying that we are going to get beat, but we know what were up against, were prepared.

the 2nd half, the fans were still very annoying, but not nearly as bad as they were the 1st half. and they were singling out players the whole time even after the ref told them to stop, and they were saying some pretty bad and profane things. i would have thought that they would have stopped talking smack when it became 3-0, but it didnt happen. they players werent unclassy, but the fans were.i was not impressed at all.

    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
