You are trying to learn the game????? How about watching on Saturday or Sunday, and leave the high school game alone. (I know I am walking right into your trap here, so....) What are you learning at a Dresden HS game for?

I do try to watch football on T.V.

A live game is much more interesting.

(I realize that there is a difference between pro football,

college level and high school)

I try to catch local teams.

I am not trying to pick on Dresden, but

their coach confuses me.

I know it is easier to call plays from the stands than

to be down in the trenches.

Even though you seem to want to cut me down, I

am still going to pay you a compliment.

I heard that you did a really good job last Friday night.

So you live in Dresden and support your community, and attend the games??? Dresden got a big win for them last week, they are going to be hard to come by this year! There is no gimme on the schedule this year, every game will be hard faught and earned if it is won! Just try to be more positive is all that I am saying!

Dresden also beat East Robertson if they don't fall asleep in the locker room and get outscored 30-3 in the second half. I'm taking Dresden in a close one as well:

If dresden play two good, hard, physical halves of football then they will surely win.....and also if dresden get an early lead that would also help alot....if they can stop Donald then that would make the win alot easier! but either way dresden will have to come out and play a hard fought game! my pick is Dresden 28 Humblot 14..good luck to both teams!

Humboldt is small up front on defense ,Liberty ran at will between the tackles. Humboldt is young and made mistakes that kept them from scoring 2-3 more td's .As usual the Vikings are fast and for the first time in many years they can throw the ball. As tough as 7aa is the loser of this game will have a hard time making the playoffs. Dresden will move the ball and score I think Humboldt stops the Lions acouple of times and outscores Dresden. If the Vikings are flat or make several mistakes as they often do DResden will win. My pick was Humboldt 34 Dresden 28 and I will stick with that.

Humboldt actually played a good game.

At the beginning of the game I thought

that they looked more athletic than Dresden.

In the last quarter, Humboldt started looking

tired though.
