its hard for your qb to roll out and throw when they dont have the ball, if ca cant stop the run, wc will grind it out on the ground and shorten the game, i havent seen ca play but if they stuggle with running plays inside the tackles wc veer should give them fits look for a big game out of hammack and plunkett wc by 14 is my guess

Both teams are real good on offense, if I remember right CA scored the second highest in points (behind Mt. Pleasant) last year they just couldnt stop anyone. Agaisnt PC they couldnt stop the run at first but then they made adjustments and PC didnt do anything. So if CA plays good defense i say CA by 7, but if not its going to be a long night. GO BULLDOGS!!!!

I think waynesboro fans are gonna be in for a BIG surprise come friday night.

this was a case of complete domination. Ca ran the opening kickoff in for a td. Waynesboro drove down and scored their lone Td. Then on their first play from scrimmage Ca ran in another long Td. On Ca's second possession they completed a long halfback pass for another td and the route was on. It was 39 to 7 at halftime. Waynesboro has a lot of big out of shape guys who are really Sloooooooooooowwww.

They have one nice runningback and thats about it. The quarterback is a short little guy who cant pass or handle the ball, he must have fumbled at least a dozen times. He had zero pass completions Waynesboro is definitely not a playoff calibur team. They are very similar to perry county, big with very little speed. They also look out of shape as they were tired before the first quarter ended. Ca is a very, very good team with lots of speed and determination. They have a GREAT tailback, a very good fullback, a very good quarterback, and a nice supporting class of speedy guys. Their line is small but they hang in there. Their linebackers and secondary are very good. The Ca, collinwood game next week is a dont miss game, could be for the region, no disrespect to mt pleasant who will face all these teams soon. Ca and Collinwood are both GREAT passing treams who can really bomb away. They both run the ball well too. Look for a big shootout game next week.

Sounds like CA is for real. Mt.Pleasant needs to take heed of the description of the WC line. If you want to separate yourselves you should do the extra little things at practice now, quit jawing and crying about running another windsprint or you will be in the same category with WC and CA will run all over you too. Get it up for homecoming this week.

Work hard! Play harder!!

WC had a rough night friday, but don't count WC out they just had a bad night. Every team has an off night every once in a while so don't think just cause of one bad night they aren't a good team they may just pop up and suprise you. As far as the QB goes yea he may be short but he will rock that head don't let his size fool you he is stronger and faster than he looks. ;)

    • Starting to pick up for Sam. He has 4 or 5 offers now and more on the way. By mid season the Warriors should have 5 or 6 kids with offers.
    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
