Hey mpgal88 and snowman,you guys are ABSOLUTELY right. Please accept my sincerest apologies. I really mean this, i shouldnt have said what i said and i apologize also to the players and their families. It wrong to say anything negative on here about anyone else period. I made a really stupid decision. Please forgive and yeah i dont need to be posting in here with judgement as bad as i obviously have, i have no idea what i was thinking about. Nope, i listened to a game on the radio and remember clearly the broadcasters talked about at least three guys that transferred in, one was the guy you mentioned, another was a defensive back who also plays basketball and another was a lineman. Dont call me a liar call your broadcast team a liar.

Ca beat collinwood because statom went for that completely useless field goal there at the end. He should have gone for the td and even if he failed ca would have been to far backed up to score in my opinion.....that loss is on statom, otherwise he has done a very good job this year. Ive seen jeff fisher do the same thing, give up great field position, and a chance to knock a team out just for three points that dont mean a thing, i guess i will never figure out coaches. ONe reason i respect steve spurrier is the fact that hes intelligent enough to see that field goal attempts are a good way to let your team know you dont have confidence in them.

Im pretty sure this will be close but i give the edge to Mt Pleasant playing at home. I think wc will hang tough for some reason. Perry county stayed close and i think waynesboro is quite a bit better than them.

Basically waynesboro was just totally outclassed in every way, they didnt have a prayer. They are a one man team with a bunch of big fat lazy linemen and no speed whatsoever.

this was a case of complete domination. Ca ran the opening kickoff in for a td. Waynesboro drove down and scored their lone Td. Then on their first play from scrimmage Ca ran in another long Td. On Ca's second possession they completed a long halfback pass for another td and the route was on. It was 39 to 7 at halftime. Waynesboro has a lot of big out of shape guys who are really Sloooooooooooowwww. They have one nice runningback and thats about it. The quarterback is a short little guy who cant pass or handle the ball, he must have fumbled at least a dozen times. He had zero pass completions Waynesboro is definitely not a playoff calibur team. They are very similar to perry county, big with very little speed. They also look out of shape as they were tired before the first quarter ended. Ca is a very, very good team with lots of speed and determination. They have a GREAT tailback, a very good fullback, a very good quarterback, and a nice supporting class of speedy guys. Their line is small but they hang in there. Their linebackers and secondary are very good. The Ca, collinwood game next week is a dont miss game, could be for the region, no disrespect to mt pleasant who will face all these teams soon. Ca and Collinwood are both GREAT passing treams who can really bomb away. They both run the ball well too. Look for a big shootout game next week.

I think perry county would be a better team if their qb, no. 11 were moved to tailback and allowed to run the ball, he has pretty good speed and moves and is the perfect size for a high school tb. I have seen 84 play for collinwood and hes an awesome dude, great open field runner and very good receiver. Ive seen collinwood and perry county and im not knocking pc in any way, i think they are up and coming with lots of good sized linemen but for a fact 84 is better than anyone on pcs team......just telling it the way i see it but good luck to both teams and hot air is ony hot air.......its cool.

IM not sure you can count on big lineman to run down really fast backs. This should be a good one, i might give a slight edge to Ca based on their speed. They have very good team speed and a few big guys who can hit. Definitely a game fans dont want to miss!!!!!!!! Wayne Co. probably had the depth advantage im sure.

I have seen collinwood and im pretty sure they are one of the best teams in their class in the state. Im positive they have the no. 1 quarterback in the region with Derrick Bryant, an amazing athelete. And yeah, they can name the score of this game most likely. Thing is Zion hasnt had football very long, and this year the participation is down. I think its just plain wrong to try to humiliate the few courageous kids and their parents by running up a rediculous score just because it can be done. I think coach statom has a lot more class than that, he had his team take the knee against loretto and the score was only 18 to 6. Hopefully Zion can get through this tough year and move on to bigger and better things in the future. Its their first year in a very tough region for crying out loud. Trying to demoralize them with monumental whippings achieves nothing except maybe force the few kids they have this year to give up and that just aint right. Just because Zion is a private school dosent mean they are guilty of the kind of shady stuff brentwood academy and those people have done in the past. I will say this, beating the stuffing out of them for no reason other than "having fun" just might encourage them to take advantage of the resources a private school can utilize. Brentwood Academy beat heck out of a lot of other schools and pretty soon you saw the stuff they were doing being done by a lot of other private and public school simply because it was either cheat or take your beating from a team that was cheating. Ok, end of sermon, good luck to everybody and try to keep some perspective. All these kids have parents that love them and for the most part the parents are good people, there is no need to humiliate the kids or the parents. And dont forget, what goes around comes around. Everybody needs to make Zion feel welcome and stop kicking them around like a useless tin can. Thank you and support high school sports, its the only real game in town and you can even afford to go to see it!!!

I saw the Friendship and collinwood game and i believe Friendship is going nowhere this year, they are very weak on offense and their players cant take getting hit. There has to be a better private team than friendship.
