If Greenback loses to Oneida, then Greenback, Sunbright and Oneida will all have 2 region wins. Then it will come down to best overall record with Oneida and Sunbright both having 4 wins and Greenback having 3 wins (this would eliminate the Cherokees). Then Sunbright beta Oneida head-to-head to get them in.
