I believe that you all are really going to miss Corn. If I would have to look back, he was a big part in your all's success. Shooting the three is were you all will be lacking this year. It seems like Hardin could break out and make a ton on you, but I have only seen him do it one time in summer ball.

 

You underestimate 6th man Hardin and point guard McCormick, Ben and Jesse have it in the bag when it comes to perimeter shooting.

 

4-0 in the preseason, if I am not mistaken.

The Blue Devils are unstoppable this season.

unicoi is playing good ball. seems that when one is having an off night then another one or two is able to step up for them. i think when they get ahead so far they seem to think weve got it. but theses other teams they play are still willing to fight to the end and that is where erwin needs to keep up its game even it they can win by 40 and keep the other teams moral down like they did against elizabethton in the first period sat. night

These teams in our district aren't any competition.

I don't think there are any that can challenge us in the region.

They lost in the first quarter... again...

devils need to stay focused. if they do that it will be hard for teams to beat them. not being challenged is unlikely. there will be some very tough games ahead. go blue!

good game last night guys. yes they do need to stay focused even if they are up by 20 points then lets stay up by 20 and not make it a 3 point win game.

You have beaten two teams in your district by 5 and by 7, how can you say there is no competition. Unicoi is probably the best team in the region, and may win the region, but they will be challenged.

By the way, I think Cloudland is a 1-4 sinlge A school, not worth bragging about if you are supposed to be the big dog.

Blue Devils beat Unaka by 6.

Colton got 2 dunks in the first half.

Not postitive but I think Travis Hensley lead the team in points.

Travis played really, really good tonight.

 

We play Sullivan North tomorrow night.

I haven't heard anything about their team... are they any good this year?

I suppose I will see for myself tomorrow night.

Unicoi co. by 19 over Sullivan North.

Officials called a HORRIBLE game in the beginning.

But once the ref with the handle-bar mustache left (not seen in the 2nd half of the game) the calls seemed to be more authentic.
