Karns vs. Central

Sry to have this up so late with the game going on tonight, but what do you think about this game. Central came off a tough loss to Halls and looking to beat the beavers at home. Karns came off a blowout against Clinton and looking to take it out on somebody! Could be some dunking going on!!!

how bout that game??...i would have liked to see this game go on all night long.both teams played very well.Central wins by 2 points in 2 OT's!!!Heck of a game tonight!!!How many did Booher have for Karns??and Williamson for Central???Good job both teams and good luck the rest of the season!

It rained 3's all night long in Fountain City 24 combined 12 for Central, 12 for Karns.

 

 

Booher had 26

Williamson had 23

 

Freshman Jamie Wilson had 15, and did a great job for the Bobcats.

 

Brandon McGill was clutch with 2 free throws shooting into the Karns student section in the 2nd OT.

And Brandon had two dunks. One that was wiped off by a lousy call.

 

Booher was absolutely clutch at the end of the game. I'd like to know how many points he had from 3:00 to go in reg to the end of the 2nd OT. I thought Hermosillo was the one to watch but he kind of disappeared at the end.

 

2nd game in a row that Brandon Mcgill showed he was the best basketball player on the floor. He did a better job keeping focus this time at the end of the game. I think you have to give the Bobcats some time to get used to this winning thing, it's new to them.

Oh, and the Central student section could learn something from the Beaver's students. Karns' fans showed up and made lots of noise. When I watched the Central students most were sitting quietly and chatting(with a few exceptions) while the Karns students stood and yelled the whole game...I bet the Bobcats arn't that quiet at the football games!

Your right about the Karns Krazies!The student section was big for an away game and were the loudest ive heard all year.It was an awesome game and Mcgill stepped up big and did an excellent job knocking down those two free throws at the end of the 2nd OT.Thats what you call clutch free throws.I think Booher had 17 in the last 3:00 minutes of regulation and the 2 OT's. That was also his first game back in 3 weeks.

Thanks, he really ads to Karns. He just kept making 3's last night and when Central overplayed it he wnt to the hole. Nice player.

I believe it got up to 13 points with just about 2:45 left and Karns fought back and somehow tied it up with around a minute left like you said.It was a fun game to watch and both these teams will have a good year.They wont be at the top competing for the season district title but they will be ready when tournament time comes and could cause some trouble.
