It was very intense!!!!!! After the CA game, they needed this win!!!!!

Huntland beat CA. I can tell you one thing about them, # 12 can shoot the 3!!!!! Anytime, Anywhere!!!! Wide open or with a man in his face!!!!!!

 

Culleoka seemed a little flat to start, a lot of turnovers on bad passes. ( to high, not steals), Huntland let them hang around. Cully came through in the end. First time they played Cully won pretty easy, then Huntland beats CA, CA beats Cully, and Cully beats Huntland.

 

Overated????? Your only as good as your last game!!!!!!! But at least it has been fun to watch.

shane janes for huntland had 17 with 5 threes..he was on fire

 

demario was our leading scorer with 14 including the game winning reverse layup which was awesome

 

huntland played great while we came out flat and playing like crap...we were down 6 with about 45 seconds to go..cj holt stole a inbounds and we got a layup we never put them on the line we got steals and played d and pulled out the first close game win of the season....weve been blowing teams out and lost a squeaker to ca but showed heart and got it done...culleokas not overrated at all their a good team that had two bad games in a row lost the first and won the second...i look for us to get back on track and finish the regular season with all wins

From a non-biased Cosby perspective here goes my top ten.

 

1.Cosby: number one in AP polls and have won big alot. Have beat three AAA schools and some a couple pretty good AA schools. Also best shooting team in A.

2.Grace: have beat a really good Temple team twice! Good shooters and a 6'10" soph. who can move and shoot.Impressive!

3.Middleton: Very athletic and play a really tough schedule. Defending state champs states alot.

4.Union city: have beat some good teams and i hear they have possibly the best player in the state in A.

5.Temple: tradionally great have outstanding guards. Skogen just does what he's bread to do.

6.Lake co.: only loss in A to my # 4 Union city and pretty good record

7.Culleoka: supposedly have an outstanding kid named Demario Williams and are ranked high in the AP's.

8.Humbolt: I know nothing about them but every body says they can play.

9.Columbia central: have beat some really good teams. Watch them come tournament time.

10. My sleeper Wartburg central. They can score with the best of them and play really, really hard. If they can avoid losses like very overrated Pickett co. they will do very good come tournament time.

I like how you can say that about Culleoka, but yet you use one game to point out that some other team doesn't deserve to be in the 'Top 10' thats ridiculous. If the last two games are not an indication that Culleoka is overrated, then why do you use 'one game' as a legitimate reason that some other teams don't deserve any credit.
