The Orange Crush from Clinton. With around 30 of our best student section members out of the game on account of a suspension we filled up 1/4 of the gym. That whole 1/4 of the gym was standing up jumping from bottom to top. Clinton is a school of around 1200 and their were atleast 300-400 students their. I have never seen a student section that big or that loud ever.

No doubt. Especially when you consider that the opponent Oak Ridge, which has many more students, resources, and championships in several sports, couldn't even figure out how to come into to the gym on time and numbers were puny.

this thread is ended bc who's student section is on the front page of coacht.com.... the mustache mafia of brentwood academy... so you can say what you want but no one brings it than they do.

Brentwood Academy had the weakest student section I've seen all year last night at the JPII game. BA is probably 35 or so minutes from JPII and they had MAYBE 20 students who were very unoriginal, not creative at all and quiet most of the game. Their most creative cheer was "scoreboard".

hard to find a group of kids that are as rowdy as them

yeah Central especially when your fans like to start fights in the stands with women during games in Erwin, remember that dont ya?? That should help your team out a lot shouldnt it? Dont mean to stir up old problems but you know I couldnt halp myself. I have been to your games against us as most of you have and you know how pumped up we get... Too bad we dont get to play you all again this year, you havent had the pleasure of being in the same gym as THE BLUE NATION...

Most of these posts dont have anything to do with the game itself. The student section is meant to give support to the team and that is what Erwin does. And if you attended the Valley Game last night you would understand that...We take our support to an extra level for every game. Maybe some of your teams and students sections will be able to come see us during districts sectionals regionals substate or even state...guess we will see...

GOOD LUCK BLUE!!!

Yall cant be called the best until you support your team regardless of whether your being blown out or the one doing the blowing out.

The Blue Nation from erwin aka the real e-town is the best student section. Every night the gym in packed with students that yell and scream and paint up and go crazy to support the devils, who by the way are 24-2 after beating valley last night. And it doesnt matter where erwin plays, the blue nation is behind them. Thats why erwin lost those 2 games in orlando, because the blue nation wasnt there.

    • Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. I wrote about many of the issues here: https://bdnewsletter.news/2023/11/17/grounds-for-investigation-and-suspension/ I interviewed Winfree after she was dismissed from the team and wrote about it here: https://bdnewsletter.news/2023/12/01/a-new-interview-with-sable-winfree/ Winfree had been on teams in Warren County since the fourth grade and never been dismissed from a team. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.
    • What is the hold up here? I have not heard anything in weeks. Are they waiting for the right person or is something else going on?
    • Per usual, we'll be hard to beat in the regular season, I'm sure. It's the post season that I'm more worried about, specifically the coaches. Maybe they'll be able to make some adjustments that will keep the momentum in our favor. How's Grays recovery coming along?
    • Something don’t add up here a college coach is not going to turn away a good player they need just because they didn’t get along with their high school coach
    • RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
