Yeah. Those boys weren't looking for trouble by strutting down the sideline and sitting right behind the girls' bench right before the opening tip now were they? Neither was the LA student who practically knocked me down when I was carrying my three year old to the restroom. I appreciate the F-bomb he (my son) got to hear as well. Thanks.

The refs stunk both ways. No question about that. There's no way that game was played as physically as 49 fouls (pretty evenly divided between both teams) would indicate.

Il have to take Wildcat324 defense here! Them LA students where sent to that bench behind your girls by a TENNESSEE HIGHWAY TROOPER! because they didnt want them standing in the fire exits but as i was told when the boys arrived down there a mother or lady fan jumped them up and down when they stood to applaud for Livingston's starting lineup! and motioned secruity to come over there and the guy from Mcminn Central told them they had 3 seconds to move or they would be escorted out of the gym! so being good guys they went down to the end and finally talked to the TROOPER that sent them down there and that Trooper let them stand in that corner! So next year i cant wait to see yall down in Hogeye Country we will show you that for 1. wat a gym really is! 2. that you can set and support your team where ever you can find room! 3. finally how to ask the TSSAA for a good set of officals that let the gurls play 49 fouls in that game lastnight is redicouls!!!!! and the end of the first half the count was livingston had 16 to Mcminns 8 i mean they did even out in the end but thats only bc they ref started to notice that he was becoming a mcminn fan instead of a TSSAA offical! not blamin it on the refs just saying they was horrible!

Yeah well the gym was packed and none of the "nice" McMinn people would let any of the LA students sit hardly anywhere. Idk who dropped the F-bomb but we heard a few words our way that weren't exactly good either. And about the refs.....at one point in the first half....the foul call was 10 to 4. 10 against LA. 4 against McMinn. Now tell me that those numbers are pretty well even

I happen to like our Gym...the comment about sitting and supporting your team is a load of crap...you all were together from what I could see...what are you complaining about???

I may be wrong, but I thought the guy on the radio said both teams had 14 fouls at the end of the first half. It sounded like the refs were too picky and turned the game into a free throw shooting contest.

LA.........don't let anyone from McMinn Central try to convince you that their students are any better than any one else's. Last year at Central, Central students had to be removed from behind the opposing team because they were using "extreme" profanity. Teenagers will be teenagers and theirs aren't any better than yours or ours.

Thanks YouWantToBeLikeMe.......the only ppl on here besides me and you that have been posting obviously are McMinn CENTRAL ppl. Nobody besides the LA student section heard all the rude and obnoxious things that were said to them. And even the ones that did,seem to be too big of pansies to admit it. Also, the gym was very small and in the future if i were to spend money on the school....i would probably pay to build a bigger gym. And to the refs, thank you again for being so ignorant and unknowing of the right way to play basketball. See you next year McMinn, next year maybe it won't be the same outcome

Oh really??? Which game was this??? I don't seem to remember which game you are referring to...

The most obnoxious thing I heard was "H-O-G E-Y-E, Hogeye, Hogeye, Yall gettin' beat" which was graciously performed by the McMinn Central student section, and it really wasn't obnoxious...the student section's job is to intimidate the opposing team...tell me...what obnoxious things were said???

And i dont know who the McMinn Central student section was supposed to intimidate....i didnt see anyone in there that looked scared or anyone that seemed to care about what they were saying

I listened on the radio and it sounded like ref's were just too nit picky for a game of this magnitude. As to the crowd JCHS played down there a couple of years ago and yes it was hot, and yes it was loud, and yes it was crowded but that adds up to home court advantage. If you don't like that win the region.

No one said the student section was rude! We said the Older folks.....actually the student section there was calm to York's so nothing new to LA but the older fans not students where the rude ones tellin the boys they had 3 seconds to seat down or they woudl be thrown out! and that one woman cussing them and tellin them they cant cheer for there team! not the student section but the other fans! now does that ANSWER YOUR QUESTION?
