Would someone give us an update on the Summertown young lady who got a concusion (sp) in the Richland game. I pray she is ok. I understand she went to school yesterday and was very sick so they carried her to the doctor where they found that she had the head injury from the screen (wall) that was set on her. It makes me sick just thinking about her being injuried that way. It was a clean pick, but a hard one none the less. She was basically running full speed when she ran into our screen. Please let us know how she is doing. Good luck Summertown. By the way, to the Summertown coach, thanks, you are a class act. He will know what I mean. Hope your team goes far.

Yeah that was a hard but legal pick... Hope she is able to play tonight, if not that would mean summertown has two starters out....

She is fine and will be on the court tonight. Had a slight concussion and some cobwebs, but is good to go now.

 

I am glad she is OK. I wish they would sit her tonight just to be safe. She is an impact player but Summertown is deep enough to play tonight without her. It eats my heart and stomach up to see a kid get hurt.
