I think home is always an option, but you may have to repair a few fences though.

As far as finding a coach they could go one of two ways. They could bring someone from the outside in to coach or they may have a couple of possibilities in the school. I am not sure what they will do.

I doubt very seriously that we'll ever see Coach Phillips back at MC. I have heard rummors that some people are trying to get him to come back to another school in Jasper, but that doesn't look too likely either.

I think Coach Phillips could turn the program around at MC.....Lots of talent, being wasted.....Football Fan 1, are you Coach Phillips?

The question is who will be South Pittsburg's head coach? I hope it can be someone who will be well and be successful because SP has more talent than a lot of teams like Marion County.

Did you catch that Gonzaga game last nite. I too am beginning to think they are overrated. San Diego and Loyola by 1 two nites in a row. Please.

My favorite college team has always been American University. I only saw a few minutes of the game last night.

Coach Phillips would be a viable candidate for SP. I don't believe there will be an opening at MC. Coaches usually always do better the second time around. IMO, I feel Coach Phillips, alias FF1 is ready to take the Pirates to the next level if the job is offered.

Just to clear up any confusion. I am not not this Phillip person. I don't even know who he is. To be honest, I am not a coach at all. Just a fan like most other people on the board.

If I were a coach and I wanted to win than I would choose SP because they have a better chance of winning than MC and they got more pieces to work with, plus with the pending vote they could have a new state of the art Gym in the next couple of years.

Why does MC- Dad always think that he knows who someone is and wants to try and call them out? Who is he? Ken Coulquete. Doubt I spelled his name right but who cares.
