The OHS program is individualized. Each player gets his own private workout ...sort of like everyone having their own personal trainer. You can mas when you choose. I hear that Barney can do 208 Roman Chair sit-ups and that sent his lb for lb thru the roof.... :thumb:

 

You can max when you choose to and the number of increased maxes is STAGGERING at OHS. Also heard that several schools and individuals wanted to buy Moose's workout.

 

The amount of maxes is STAGGERING. We have had over 1000 new maxes. I don't know about buying the workout.

We do it through all the lifts. We have a max points board and a pound for pound board. These are comprised of bench, military, incline, dips and pull ups, squats, clean, clean and jerk, snatch, sit-ups and glute-hams, leg-press, and dead lift. Barney has 29.5 on the lbs/lbs, and Burris has 4900+ on the total max board. Riverdale takes bench, clean, and squat total and divide by the weight of the player. Lebanon has the Coach Moose's weight training with a few modifications here and there. Been strong ever since he left.
