There are two really big games tommorrow in 9AAA....Mt. Juliet travels to Beech and Hendersonville goes to Wilson Central....what are your thoughts????

Big time matchups tomorrow...The way Beech is playing and Mt. Juliet are playing right now...that game could go either way. Mt. Juliet had a great showing in the Soddy Daisy tourny, winning the silver division.

 

Hendersonville and Wilson Central....have to go with the Lady Commandos no doubt....winning the Cumberland Tourny this past weekend, beating quite a few top teams to win the championship over Greenbriar. Tough defensivly...and have a alot of hot bats right now. Ranked second in the midstate by the Tennessean.

What is the silver division? Did they not win pool play games that put them into the lower bracket, or did they enter in the silver division in the first place? Either way , Mt Juliet is a very good team: I dont think they will brag much about winning in a lower bracket.

Im really not sure how it works really....After Pool games, i think it goes to double elimination. Losing team goes to Silver division...winner stays in Gold. Someone can correct me on that though.

All of these teams are capable of beating the others. HHS was very fortunate to sweep the 1st time thru. They beat WC and Beech by 1 run, the later on a miraculous 7th inning comeback. KK may have pitched her best game of the year against MJ, and that game was 1 - 0 going into the 6th.

The gold and sliver thing...Mj lost 2 of their 3 pool play games...East Ridge 4-0 and GPS 1-0 off of a homerun(who won the tournament). So #1 and #2 went to the gold bracket and #3 and #4 went to silver. Mj then played loudon beat them like 12-2, then beat boyd bucannon 2-0, and then beat hixison 4-3

I know Mt. Juliet is 22-7 and 5-2 in 9-AAA, what is Wilson Central's overall and league record?

Good win for Mt. Juliet today, beating Beech 5-3. Any details on that game?

Wilson Central Defeated Hendersonville 4 - 1. HHS played their worst game of the season committing twice as many errors as Hits they allowed. HHS is now 27 - 5: 6 -1 in district play.

I would take Hendersonvilles coaching staff anytime....no question. Griffin and Crandell are two of the most experienced coaches out there right now. Mt. Juliets coach is new...but a 22-7 record for a 1st year isnt bad at all.

She was the coach last year....they jsut got some assisant coaches this year instead of her doing it on her own. And what was that heel comment about
