Looks like all the teams that will compete in the State for the 10U and 11U will go to the National's and five of the 8 teams from the 12U,13U,14U will advance.

Are you sure about that in 11U?

Unless someone has qualified that I don't know about, I believe this means 7 of the 8 teams will earn a trip to the nationals. I believe Tennessee gets 3 bids from State this year, however TN Xtreme, Memphis EliteTigers, TN Express, and FCA have all qualified through SRT's. That means CDF, TN Pearls, Cookvilee Ladies, Lady Trotters will have to fight for the remaining 3 positions.

 

Can anyone out there confirm this?

Correction on the 14U. The teams are 14U Memphis Lady Elite-Miles and 14U Memphis Lady Elite-James. The James team is wearing the tiger/elite uniforms from last year, but are listed as Memphis Lady Elite

you are right. TN is getting the 3+1 according to the tn aau web site.

I think someone needs to contact Peanut Cummings because I think that is a misprint on the TN AAU web site. According to the 2006 AAU Girls Rules on Page 18 it does say that "Districts that finished in the top four of the 2005 National Championship get an additional bid to the 2006 Division 1 National Championship", however, SE/TN District did not have a top four finisher last year in any division except for 9u, so I don't see how they got the +1 on the website.
