Hey, I live in bristol and since High school soccer is over I was wondering if anyone knew of any regular pick-up games that go on? or perhaps a club team that practices a lot during the summer. any information would be greatly appreciated.

 

go to dbsoccer.com we have a 4v4 league over the summer and skills camps

Check out the Lakeway Soccer Club for practice opportunities or club team openings throughout the summer. Call Randall Jolley 423-581-8852

Check the East Tennessee Soccer Federation's website, www.etsfsoccer.com. They have a full summer of activities at Civitan Park in Johnson City.

      TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
