80 mph ain't nothing. Theres a dude from hohenwald who served 80 at the beginning of his junior year. Nows he's a senior and he's in triple digits. Be on the lookout for Jacob Demolition Dyer from Lewis County. Oh yeah, its not all about the serve.

The context is what matters as far as that word goes. The word darn is in the bible but its not ok to use it ina term such as "######" so why use "heck" in an aggressive manner when it is not necessitated. all you had to do was tell the kid that 80 miles an hour was not a big deal. and while lifting weights will help your serve speed to a degree, proper technique, and excellent flexablity will imrove your velocity more.
