Wolf vs Brock ROUND 1

The volleyball gods are cruel. The First round of this years big A/AA match-up occurs Saturday in Knoxville at the Early Bird when Brock Ridge squares off in POOL PLAY against the Wolfpack!

 

This match is a state finals match and it is going to happen before lunch on the first Saturday of the season. The question as to whether Wolf has enough support to get past the Brock Sisters in the Boro' will be answered.

 

Wolf is a great player, can she get her team to play up against the State Championship ER team lead by a legendary coach and the Brock Ridge SISTERS!

 

Who do you think comes out on top?

I think another reason why you shouldn't put too much value into scrimmages and playdays that don't count!

Well said. I would add that teams with alot of club players seem to start the season ahead of those without. Some of these players don't improve as much over the season, and thus the EARLY matches don't mean as much.

B-Man you are right, Wolf is a machine. She also seemed to be a great floor General. If there are more like her waiting in the wings, KC may be a force for years to come.

 

This may be a bit off topic, but do you think the tuition of a private school will serve as a deterant to building a program that is successful?
