Upper East Tennessee Top 50

I am putting together an article for a high profile sports magazine that will highlite Tennessee High School football. My area of responsibility is East Tennessee (this side of Knoxville). This magazine is distributed to college coaches and scouts in the Eastern United States and will come out as the season ends.

 

I need names and some info to back up the nominations.

Technically doesn't East Tennessee start at the central/eastern time zone line. I really don't know where Upper east Tennessee starts. I always thought of Mo-Town as being in the Knoxville area and Greeneville as being in the Tri-Cities area so there must be some type of vortex separating the two areas. I guess the real difference is what TV stations you watch. 6, 8, 10, Knoxville. 5, 11, 19 Tri-Cities. I just want to be clear on who I can nominate.
