cobrafan90
Congrats to Jamie Graham from Whites Creek for signing to play football for Vanderbilt. He hasn't signed yet. He has verbally committed. He still has to get his test scores up(ACT/SAT). His GPA is solid. Good luck to the Graham family.

5-Sport Dad
Great athlete. Makes me wonder why it was so hard for Roger Herndon, though. Hmmm... http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/ar...372/1345/SPORTS
War Eagles
Graham is great athlete and I hope he can get his test scores up for Vandy. I believe he runs a 4.56.
JesseWJohnson
Graham's test scores will be fine..people are confident in that. I can tell you all that people are very happy on West End with his decision.
ckyfan
Good pick-up for the Dores. What is the word on Calvin Roberts? I think he is the best receiver in Nashville.
JesseWJohnson
He should be taking his ACT this month and after he gets a qualifying score, I wouldn't be surprised if at least Ole Miss and Marshall offered with maybe UT and SC coming on as well. I agree with you cky, I think he's the best receiver in metro Nashville and up there with everyone else in the state too.
ChadrickW
Great athlete. Makes me wonder why it was so hard for Roger Herndon, though. Hmmm... http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/ar...372/1345/SPORTS Herndon was not on a football scholarship. He was trying to get an academic scholarship. Because his ACT was only 28 compared to other elgible incoming Vanderbilt students that had a score of 30 or above, he was unable to get the scholarship. He went to Austin Peay for a year, and he made the grades. That is the difference between a walk-on and a scholarship player. Congratulations to Jamie Graham. Hope you turn out to be as good as Shelton Quarles or Robert Davis. If you do. You will be a great one.

And Roger Herndon didn't need any more sholarships than he already had... before he applied.
