GPS wins in three (25-18, 25-14, 25-23)

 

The defense was a little suspect at times but the Bruisers come away with the win.

 

Marissa Thompson 8K, 1B

Heather Parman 8K, 2A

Jasmine Brown 6K, 1A

Hannah Shadrick 5K, 1A, 1B

Catherine Garvey 3A

Camille Campbell 1K, 1A

Cayce Gearrin 5A, 1K

 

Cayce and Camille did a great job setting (as always)

 

For Cleveland;

 

Emily Feehrer was the setter and did a nice job she had an ace and a block that greatly pleased the crowd and the announcer. Cacy Burtnett did most of the damage for the Raiders. My numbers showed she had 7K, 1A.

 

Rachael Isom had 6K; Morgan Isom had 3K and an ace; Kelly McIntosh had 3 K. Caitylyn Fuller had a kill and a block.

 

The Bruisers move on to N.E. Tennessee this week-end for a tournament hosted by Sullivan South. Reports are that Jennifer Laughlin may be cleared to play this week-end (Dr. visit on Friday)

BE, schedule shows that GPS was to have played Boyd also? Obviously that didn't happen. Schedule change?

I have no word on whether or not the game will be rescheduled.
