My nomination may not be the biggest surprise to some, but to me...

 

Shane Spann QB Jo Byrns

 

He stepped in to some pretty big shoes and has been a big reason JB really has not lost a step. I didn't know him from anyone (and this is a fairly small community) and I certainly had my doubts because of that. But the way I have seen him run, throw, and keep his composure has impressed me.

I'll have to agree with you Shep. He has answered alot of questions of doubters and critics. Orlando Taylor has also been a pleasant surprise for Jo Byrns this year.
