6-5A Playoff Seeds

So what would happen if Ravenwood beats Dickson County? Obviously, Franklin will get the first seed, but what about the rest? Dickson, Ravenwood, and Brentwood will all be 5-2 in the region and 7-3 in all (assuming Brentwood wins against Northeast). In this case, Dickson County has beaten Brentwood, Brentwood has beaten Ravenwood, and Ravenwood has beaten Dickson County. How would they chose who would get the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th seeds?

If this happens it would go to the tiebreakers.

 

Tiebreaker #1- Team with greatest number of victories- All 3 are tied

 

Tiebreaker #2- Team who has greatest number of victories over team winning 50% of their games- Ravenwood would have 3 including win over Dickson. Dickson Co. would have 4 wins. Brentwood would have 2 wins. This means Dickson would be #2. Then it would go back to head to head between Brentwood and Ravenwood, and Brentwood would get the 3 seed.

 

So it would be

 

1. Franklin

2. Dickson Co.

3. Brentwood

4. Ravenwood
