Play ball, I do hope the TSSAA investagates. But if Coalfield does win Friday night, they will have to play a team who plays the same game. Temple found them a running back and a quarterback to throw to the d1 prospect and Friendship got about 6 transfers from A nearby school. At least The kids Friendship picked up had to sit out a year. How did you arrive at the 26? A couple of missed extra points? Two touchdowns and four field goals? Was there a safety in the mix?

 

Regardless, two teams with the records they have for the season, and with the talent available, it should be a good game. There will be no loosers, just one winner and one non-winner.

Come on now pujo, you don't usually dis a player but this just about crosses the line when you get on a kids intelligence or abilities. In fact it may have crossed the line. You or I do not know 1) what his classes are, 2) his Grade Point Average, or 3) why he transferred.

I just don't much think the kid transferred for the academics.

Just to clearify, 28 of those points came before the 4th quarter.

You may not but it was still uncalled for. You can believe what you wish. The bottom line is as follows. The transfer happened, the governing body is aware and approved, it is Coalfield's team and Coach K is the judge as to who is ready to start, and based on his education, training and experience I defer to him, and the reason to transfer, move a family and such is the parents personal choice.

Same as last years score. Hampton has missed a couple extra points this year

If it is such a stretch, as you put it, why did the coach of one of your recent opponents, file a report to the TSSAA, regarding the situation.

They sure will. Coalfield's defense is just terrible when it comes to those 1-9 teams. They gave up 21 to 1-9 OS, and 33 to 1-9 Greenback, imagine what a good team like Hampton will do! Or is Harriman, Midway, and Oneida good teams, too? Because this season they have only given up 27 points to those three teams in 4 games this season, and those were only to Midway. Their defense steps up when it has too, I really don't think Greenback had any chance that game

You obviously don't know much about football, 26 is a very common high school score, especially with Hampton. Extra points tend to get a little shaky sometimes, but I think we have the kinks worked out,
