Well i am currently trying to pick my classes. I kno there are gym teachers and coaches who have proably taken the class, i was wondering if the classes is active or jus reading from a book. also what it in titles.... i know this is nothing to do with wrestling but its a question..

wrestlers can be basically divided into 2 psychological sub groups. Those who do not wash their hands after wrestling and they are psychos and those who shower and wash multiple times after wrestling and they are psychotic

I just got done taking Sport Psych at MTSU with Whiteside. And you're right, it's all about the mental aspects of athletes. Mainly stuff like arousal and relaxation and things to that matter. It's not active in the least bit, but it's an interesting class.
