Cookeville Cavs are losing two good ones. Coach Bo Fullerton is getting married and moving to Oregon to coach and Coach Johnny Harrison is moving to Sunbright Tenn to take over the program there. They will be missed. GO CAVS!

That's a shame! But I wish the two of them well! I don't personally know those guys but if they've been in coach Joslin's program for long they are very well prepared to move out on their own.

I'll especially watch the progress of the Sunbright Tigers. My wife has some family there. If there's a place to start, that's it!

I bet most people have never been to Sunbright! You can't just "happen" into it...you have to mean to be there!

Good Luck! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Cookeville just got done with a Jamboree vs Livingston..and Cookeville Look really..i mean really good..Maken some good plays on Def..and running the ball really well with there star running back Dustin Langford and backup running back Zach Salada.....Cookeville score the first time touching the ball with a WR Pass from Jerred Griggs to Jeremy Brooksbank.. but miss the ex point...Cookeville held them all the way down until 25 sec left in the game when they put there 4th string DB's in and LC score on them to beat Cookeville...other than that...Cookeville looked Great out there and they will have a great season this year...

Cookeville did look good last night, but they were playing a very inexperienced, unproven LA team. I thought Coach Joslin was like LA and kept everything basic other than the reverse WR pass. Nice play, but if they were really that good, then why the trick play. I guess I am trying figure out why Coach Joslin showed that play in a jamboree with a better team . They like, LA, played alot of kids last night and really hard to tell about either team. Langford is good. LA's TD came also with subs as well not their starters..Good luck though to the Cavs.

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
