Congrats to the girls who made the team

 

Coach of the Year - Tim Smith (SM)

Player of the Year - Laura Novikoff (CAK)

 

All District Team

Chelsey Brown (SM)

Jada Buckner (Loudon)

Destiny Dishman (SM)

Blair Ellis (A.C.)

Mardessa Hampton (Loudon)

Kaycee Harvey (Loudon)

Brielle Hoffman (CAK)

Kate Lowe (Scott)

Janell Manard (Loudon)

Erica Martin (SM)

Emily Oaks (A.C.)

Lindsay Smith (SM)

Tayler Smith (Kingston)

Addison Springer (Catholic)

Brittany Strunk (Scott)

 

One that is surely missing that should definitely be on the list:

 

Whitney Elliott (A.C.)

 

I believe she's their teams leading scorer and probably the best player they've got.

Not exactly sure why she wasnt chosen.

WELL I HAVE SAW ELLIOTT PLAY 3 TIMES THIS YEAR IMO. SHE IS THE BEST PLAYER ON AC`S TEAM NOT TAKEN ANYTHING AWAY FROM THE OTHER GIRLS THAT MADE IT.

If you were at the AC / CAK game last night you saw why Whitney Elliott should be on the all district team. She played great.

Amen!! I know tonight against Stone Memorial it will probably be AC's last game in this tournament, but after the way she's played against Kingston and CAK, she should be selected to the ALL TOURNAMENT TEAM. She definitely deserves it.

 

 

They have a consolation game to don't they.

Why has the anderson county coach not getting talk for coach of the year. Everything I have read this season on coach t said he would not win any games with all the players he lost. look like they are in the district semi-finals, aren't they? That means they will definitely be in the region, right?

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
