Good game commanders. Dont really know what g-ville was tryin to accomplish with playing a zone against the best shooting team in the district. Also it seemed like the tigers were gonna try to run eith them and actually outshoot them, which is a joke.

With the loss Gordonsville now faces the one team that will be very hard to match up with as Jackson County is more athletic than Friendship. Gordonsville has the big kid but don't think they can match up with JC but it is AT Gordonsville so that does give them an edge.

Obviously you've spent too much time in the hills of Gainesboro - bleacherbum. Having watched this group of Sr's at FC play 28 football games the past 2 years against opponents from the east TN mountains of Hampton to Chattanooga's Temple and South Pitt to Jackson Christian as well as several basketball games against opponents like Springfield and Station Camp the past 2 years and I can honestly say I have yet to see a "MORE athletic team" than FRIENDSHIP in 1A.

 

Question for bleacher bum:

 

When is the last time every team in your district/region complained that JC had too many good athletes (not counting your ladies basketball teams) and needed to be muliplied by a T$$AA board of control 1.9 mulitplier.

 

Answer: NEVER

 

However, like JC showed last year against FC in the region tourney and this year against their districts #4 seed in the district 7 tourney anyone can appear more athletic for one night! You guys better focus on G-ville, Pickett Co and Westmoreland instead of comparing your athleticism to the District 8A basketball champs and 1A Football State Runner-ups from FRIENDSHIP CHRISTIAN!
