i realy dont many throwers but jordon coleman who finshed 5th last year is looking much better after training alot over the off season

Alex Smithson is the dude to look out for he riverdale shot put and discus

Brad Mcphereson-Lipscomb-shot put( almost has 2a state ring in the palm of his hand)he throws 50+

Dylan Gambill-Ezell-discus(throwing 135-140 and gets better every day)

Justin parris-CPA-discus( is a force at discus, him and Gambill will once again be competing for the 2a region title and more than likely competing for the state ring this year)

Jerkins-Nashville Christian( came out of no where in yesterdays meet at lipscomb to throw 46" and will get better as the year goes on)

these 4 will definately be at Vanderbilt for the great 8 this year........

Isaha Williams from ravenwood will likely be the best discus thrower in the state this year. He is a strong shot put thrower and could place in the state in that as well. The new ravenwood coach was a former olympian so they should be much stronger as a team this year.

Dylan gamble from ezell harding is a joke, i don t think he will make it to state because he will choke in the region like he did last year. Justin paris on the other hand, i believe is the front runner this year.

yea that's some serious bull crap.....he threw like 108 in disc and like40'5" at a meet on thursday

yea my boy Tabby from mchs looks like he will be goin to state .....he has a broken ankle so he can't unleash his full potential
