Dyersburg vs. Covington

Tonight Dyersburg scrimmaged defending state champions Covington at Dyersburg and Dyersburg won, I think the score was 14 or 15 to 4 im not sure. Its hard to tell by just a scrimmage game, but could Dyersburg be the real deal this year?

I feel that what Dyersburg fans should take from the scrimmage is that they have some solid arms and a good deal of potential. Covington is young and lost a lot from the State Championship team. If Dburg can fill some holes they should have an opportunity to make some noise at the end. Long season though and they need things to bounce their way a little.

Covington is very young and very talented. If im not mistaken the game was very close until the last few innings. I think covington has a good chance to end up at the same place that they did last year. Oh and D-burg played the JV team from covington

covington didn't play there jv until maybe the last few innings,there catcher was a senior i know that and we play there jv on tuesday and so we'll find out if that was there jv we even played our freshman in that game and got big hits out of them

Yes i know that was Covingtons varsity i was just seeing what kind of response i would get out of that. Covington needs more depth. Well if JV plays yall tuesday than it better dry up cause its mighty wet. where is that game gonna be played.
