G, What????? I thought the brentwood acadmey case settled this. I would hate to see this happen. As much as I hate getting beat, to split the groups back up just frustrates me. I want to have a successful program, but to take out the top teams b/c they are private only cheapens any achievements accomplished if this happens. My vote is to have one division and add classifications. Who wants to win a state championship the year the private schools are taken away, we would all know it doesn't mean as much.

G, how'd the scrimmage end up, I left with about 25 or so left. It ended up 4-0. Yes, Seymour has improved a lot since last year. I enjoyed seeing you tonight, and wish we had a chance to talk, but you know how game nights are. I'll give you a p.m. or e mail. Who do you have next?

We're at your place tomm. for a JV match, but we play at Webb on Wed. at 5 p.m. (no lights) so catch us after practice if you have a minute. No worries about a chance to talk. We have to be focused on the moment. I thought you all looked very good tonight, especially in the second half with some adjustments. I gotta give props to gorman, Seymour had a nice chance that almost went upper 90 in the first half and I think he had it covered!!!!! The keeper in me was smiling on the inside.

Catholic, Notre Dame, CCS, CSAS, CPA, FRA and even some local teams that are making some noise (ie. Alcoa). All of those teams have great talent, and it really depends on who can get that talent to play the best together. Who knows, somebody could come out of the clear blue and win it. That was what happened to us 5 years ago. L.A. and Westview have had good teams in the past, as well.

 

Yeah i agree. Look for L.A. to make some noise come tourney time.
