Nobody big but Gilley Signed with Vol State. Martin Methadist wanted to give him something also. Amburn has been seen by Vol State and he says others are looking at him too. He is good so I am sure that he will get picked up by some school.

/mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mad.gif" /> I just saw the biggest bunch of crap ever. Station Camp was playing in the Easter Slam in Jackson. They were unbeaten. They played Liberty Tech and the game went 9 scorless innings. So they called the game and were going to pick the winner based on stats and they were tied on that too. So they fliped a coin to determin the winner and SC lost and could not win because of a coin flip. Who's idea was that and dont they know that in baseball you keep playing until someone wins.

Most tournament games have time limits to keep everything on schedule since there are usually 2 or 3 games in a day. The Liberty/Station Camp game was a 2 hour time limit. They played 9 innings in 2 hours and the game was stopped because of the time limit. It was incredibly pitched game by Gilley from SC and Selph from Liberty. It is very unfortunate this great game was not played until there was a winner and even more unfortunate that teams were tied and tiebreaker was also tied and who went to championship round was decided by a coin flip. It was a very unlikely scenario that played out but SC as well as all other teams knew the tournament format before they played, and SC could have just as easily won the coin flip leaving an equally deserving Liberty team out of championship round. Liberty was one of 4 schools hosting games at their field, but was not putting on the tournament, but you will find time limits in most all in season tournaments.

Enjoyed having the Station camp team and fans at Liberty. Sorry things turned out the way they did, i would have been upset if Liberty had lost coin flip also, but I would also understand that's just the way the tournament was set up and just caught a bad break.
