Very insightful response. Love to hear why you think so. An argument can easily be made for the Tigers, Ballerz, Celtics and Travelers in this age group.

i have not seen the celtics at this age group.... i think it is the tigers right now but if midstate gets has all there players together then i think you have to put them at the top in the state. travelers seen them a couple of times this year just looks like they havent played well for some reason. i really wish we can get a tournament together where all the top teams would play against each other next year because right now it is all talk. i acutally think there are smaller teams out here that can play with the teams.. RAGE, Midsouth Propspects, TN Fire, Chatt Thunder TN Flight can all compete at the 16under age level.

There are definitely a lot of teams at this age group that can compete. No question, but it certainly isnt just the Tigers and Ballerz when you really look at what the teams have done respectively.

 

I would expect all the Tennesse teams to do quite well in AAU Nationals as well. Given that only a few of the top teams nationally around will be there, SYF Players, ARK Wings, All-Ohio Red, Jackson Tigers are pretty strong, etc., this thing should be wide open and should be a great chance for a lot of teams to do really well

Travelers have two post players (6-10, 6-8) playing 17's only, so they will be playing with the current group of 16's next year.

The Tennesse Yomca Tigers beat the Midstate Ballers by 11pts today. The Tigers was up by 22pts at one point. The argument has been settled. The Tigers are better than the Midstate Ballers.
