There has been a lot of long over due changes taking place at SQHS any one who knows the history will understand.

We have a new A.D. who came up from Mississippi and it's been a wirl wind. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

As of 6-14-07 coaching changes.

1. Baseball

2. Girls Soccer

3. Boys Basketball

4. And the MAN Coach Summey

5. ??????????

As anyone can see we are revamping the Program

Who is the new coach?

July 22nd Monroe County Advocate & Democrat newspaper states that Eric Baird is the new boys varsity basketball coach at Sequoyah. It says that he is an East Tennessee native who has been coaching in Pensacola, FL the last few years.

 

Anyone have any other information on Eric Baird?

He was a coach at Escambee (Emmett Smith played there). He grad from Bradley Co. Good luck to the Chiefs.
