BA vs CPA

BA looked really good in a scrimmage against CPA. Not sure what the score ended up being but it wasn't close. BA is just so big and powerful on the line of scrimmage (both sides). Chris Jordan was unbelievable--he's so powerful and hard to bring down but has good speed. He easily averaged 10+ yards per carry. BA is trying out different guys at QB.

CPA has a very nice looking spread offense. They have a strong QB and should be very competitive in their division. I believe BA is going to scrimmage against Hillsboro sometime next week.

Thanks for the update. Any idea who BA tried under center and who looked good?

Did Chris Jordan play in the DC game?

Cody Nelson and Justin Cash took all the snaps in the first half. Starters

and key subs only played the first half. Both QBs looked very promising. Cash

looked very good keeping the ball and making some very nice runs. He

has excellent speed and a decent arm. Cody had some nice runs

and throws. He had a very nice throw down the middle of the field to

Mason Graham for a TD. Apparently, JR Robley had the night off to give

the other guys an opportunity to take some snaps. It looks like BA will

have three QB options headed into the season.

BA was up 4 TDs to 0 at half. If would have been 5 but a TD throw was

called back due to QB being over the line of scrimmage on the throw.

It is not surprising, because BA is DII and they get the opportunity to offer aid to get recruits in.

Really? Are you serious that people are still gonna bring this arguement up? Can't there be on discussion about a DI-DII game without someone complaining about recruiting, financial aid, etc?

And CPA goes through the complaining about them being a private school in DI, so why would you basically complain about the same thing because a private school you play gives financial aid?
