Coach Kennedy has yet to tell his team of his decision and we will be the first to know of his decision but he has been offered a job but hopefully he will stay at Cookeville.

I may be crazy but it seems to me that Cookeville needs to be trying to keep some coaches. Someone comes in, does a good job, and we let them walk out the door.

Won't the new coach make 5 coaches in 7 or 8 years? In the 80's that was a great baseball school, now kind of a bad situation with all of the changes.

This will make the 4th coach in the past 5 years with only Coach Swallows being there for 2 years but before Coach Pickett ( before Swallows ) there were only 2 coaches over a span of 18 years. Coach Kennedy will be missed because he was a great coach and will be hard to replace. Camden County got lucky and found a hard-working guy who knkows how to have fun while winning!!!

Cavs6 and Cavs35, you guys need to contact Coach Douglas at Columbia Academy and get him ASAP! He would come in and be a great fit, would work hard, and is a winner! He is one of the best coaches in the business.

What happened to Coach Swallows and to Coach Chaffin before him? Both seemed like good coaches and quality role models.
