BA / Maryville recuriting topic shut down.

I do not mind the topic being shut down. I was trying to be light on what I thought was a very serious subject. Who are the Mods that decide when to shut down a topic. Sorry to STARS AND BARS for not mentioning you in my letter, It is to hard to keep up with all of the players. To bad others could not participate. Thanks to STARSANDBARS for the answers to all the questions, you are very nologable. It is very hard to get the the T$$AA to investigate recuriting alegations. Do you remember A-E having to forfit many games in the early 90's. The player in question played freshman football at a Knox county High School, then he played for A-E his sophmore season. By the time T$$AA checked his address and realized he had not moved from his former address into the A-E zone A-E had to forfit 7 or 8 games I think. The player in question either used a false address in the A-E zone the player used his old address and no one caught, checked, or cared about it. The way he got caught was his teammates at his old school knew he was playing at A-E and the told people that he had not moved. T$$AA was notified, but it took over probably 100 calls to T$$AA to get them to investigate the alegations. If T$$AA would have looked into this earlier then A-E would not have had not to forfit that many games and might have still made the playoffs. Here is my point,the T$$AA does not have enough staff personel to investigate every recruiting alegation or the do not care if schools cheat. If T$$AA does not get enough information to investigate alegations and make a ruling on a rules violation before the playoffs they will not act. I was told personoly that the do not like to change the names on the trophies or take them back after the playoffs start. Just ask Campbell Co. in 2002, they had video tape of the twins from Campbell Co. that transfered to Anderson Co. without moving. The video tape showed the players driving from their home in Campbell Co. to school in Anderson Co. and then back home to Campbell Co. after practice. Campbell Co. held the video evidence until Anderson Co. went 10-0. then turned it in to the T$$AA. Campbell Co. wanted Anderson Co. to have to forfeit all 10 games and be ineligible for the playoffs. T$$AA refused to use the video as evedence to make a ruling on the players eligibility. T$$AA said that Campbell Co. should have notified T$$AA earlier. So if you have any evidence of rules violation you better start calling T$$AA now or you don't have much chance of T$$AA investigating or making a ruling. One more idea to think about,is it a level playing field if one school can allow students to transfer in from out of their school zone and pay tuition and be eligible without moving and play other schools for a state championship that do not allow students to transfer in from out of their schools zone without moving into their schools zone and be eligible. There is a school in Nashville called Hillsboro that has played for many state championship. They have an open school system,but do not charge tuition. I wonder what other schools have an open school system that allow transfers without moving into that schools zone. I think that if schools charge tuition for any student then they should be considered private and have to play in the private division. I guess if this happened then we would be living in a perfect society. Maybe T$$AA could make a semi-priviate division for schools that charge tuition to students that do not live their school zone. But that makes to much sense, or schools would complain to much about travel expenses. They could just charge more tuition to cover the travel expenses. Please excuse my writing so much, I hope I have made some sense and not hurt any feelings. I guess I will know if this topic is shut down.

Sorry for my poor grammar. I graguated from the University of Tennessee. My major was not English. I majored in social studies,with a minor in history. WWII started in Europe when Germany invaded Poland in 1939. The Allied Big Four included The United States, Great Britian, Russia,and France. The Axis Powers were Nazi Germany, Imperalist Japan, and Facsist Italy. Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December, 1941.
