Too close.....and this makes 3 weeks in a row that it has come down to the wire. I truly do not want to slight any of our guys because so many (almost a whole new group of guys) are answering the call and stepping up to make big plays every game, but I really have to make mention of the awesome awesome game that Eric Beard and Casey Sliman had tonight. These guys played their last game tonight at Warrior stadium and they went out with a bang. Guys you led your team tonight and we are all so proud of you. You picked up your team and led us to another win and a trip to the playoffs. You did not do it alone, but you showed the leadership that it took to get the job done. It has been a joy to watch you play week after week. Way to end your last game on the home field. But by no means are we done!!! Right?!! I want to see the same intensity from all of you guys next week and the next...because the McEwen Warriors are going to the playoffs! It is time to really show us what you are made of... a lot of pride, guts, determination, and huge hearts. I am so proud of you all. I LOVE BEING A WARRIOR!!!!!

if you are talking about NCS being 25 away that can't be write....I know that McEwen has around 300 kids 9-12....and they aren't even anywhere close to moving up....I may have misunderstood you though...Also another neat thing is McEwen has all of their school together k-12...and I think that this is a really special thing....you get real attached to the people you meet after you stay on the same campus for 13 years....It is a pretty good eniviroment....the only thing is our school only has one lunch room so around 1100 kids k-12 have to eat lunch in one cafeteria....The really does not work out seeing as how the 1st graders eat lunch at 10:00 and the high school eats around 1:30..... but for some reason the HC board of education can't seem to realize that McEwen needs a few new things (.....Welll a little off topic at the end hear but I felt like getting a little bit off my chest...
