HHS vs WHHS @ Hendersonville Wrestlemania!

Best match Childers at 125 vs Drake Townsend. It ended 6-5 Childers.

Hard fought re-match from last years Regional final.

I think Childers was hit with 2 stalling points in the 3rd period but great match overall.

 

BTW- Having the match in front of the entire student body is great. I now see why FR keeps all their matches in front of their bleachers, /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />

our 125 pinned Springfield and LaVergne.

our 145 had an exciting match against LaVergne and was winning, but got caught.

our 152 pinned Springfield and majored LaVergne.

our 160 got 2 forfeits.

our 171 wrestled up to 189 against Springfield and pinned him, and then pinned LaVergne.

 

That's about all I can remember.

Hendersonville looked VERY good against White House. I agree that the Childers/Townsend match was the best. I guess Brett is back and completely healthy if that match was any indication.

3. WC- BTW-Nice picture of last years Indvidual Regional Championship Team in the front entrance of the Gym Hall. I wish we could do something for our Region * Dual Champs from last year like that.
