Seems to be a timely thing to talk about. My question is if you were on the search team for your school's new coach what would be the criteria on which you would base the hiring a new leader for your program? How does the past strength of the program factor in, or does it? Old or young? etc.

Just curious, would like to hear some fan's viewpoints.
