Lipscomb and Pearl Cohn

So tomorrow Pearl Cohn plays Lipscomb. This should be a really good game. Pearl cohn has some very good post players and has a very good 2. I think her number is 34. The question is can they stop Ellen Ross?

 

The answer is probably not...but, I think they can outscore the rest of the lipscomb team...

 

Crazy as it sounds I will take Pearl Cohn in this one

I dont think you are that crazy. Pearl Cohn will present Lipscomb with some match up problems. Ross will definitely have to play big on defense all night which could affect her scoring output.

 

Another factor is that Pearl is playing tonight against CPA. They need to win that one first and go into the Lipscomb game with a confident attitude.

Coach T scoreboard shows CPA beating PC 31-27. Is that right? Wouldn't you consider that an upset especially with the game at PC? David Lipscomb came from behind to beat CPA before Christmas in the 4th quarter but I am surprised that the bigger inside game for PC couldn't defeat the smaller Lady Lions. CPA has a great motivator and interim coach in their AD Mike Ellson this season so he must have pulled off another basketball feat with a smaller team. Just lilke he did in the 80's and 90's with his boys teams. He takes no credit . . . Soli Deo Gloria.

Yes very shocking that Cpa knocked off Pearl Cohn. I think this bodes well for Lipscomb. I would consider CPA beating Pearl Cohn an upset. Maybe I am crazy....lol
